about

Ancient History is a period that encompasses everything from the beginning of human history to the Early Middle Ages. It's full of a lot of fascinating civilizations and people including the Babylonians, the Sumerians, the Egyptians, the Greeks, and the Romans. These periods are full of amazing people, interesting stories, and great cultural achievements. There are men like Hammurabi who wrote the first known code of law, Ramses the Great in Egypt, the Athenians and Spartans at war, and Julius Caesar's conquest of the Roman Republic. It's impossible to truly describe such a period in a few words, but I think it suffices to say that it is an important and vital area of study.
